Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Peacock Films, we aim to deliver exceptional photography and filmmaking services for weddings, events, portraits, and special occasions. This policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered secured only after the required advance payment is received through our approved communication channels.
This advance reserves our team exclusively for your chosen date and time.
2. Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:
Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the event:
The advance payment will be refunded in full, after deducting any applicable transaction or processing charges.Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the event:
Booking amount will be retained, rest payment will be refundedCancellations made less than 7 days before the event:
The advance payment will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling Requests
One rescheduling request is permitted without additional charges if made at least 7 days before the scheduled date and subject to availability.
Requests made within 7 days of the event may attract additional fees.
4. Cancellation or Changes by Peacock Films
In rare and unforeseen circumstances where Peacock Films is unable to deliver the agreed services due to reasons beyond control (such as emergencies or technical issues), we will either:
Offer to reschedule the assignment at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund of all amounts paid
Where possible, we may also suggest alternative professional photographers with the client’s consent.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Processing timelines may vary depending on banking or payment service providers.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Bookings made on short notice (within 72 hours of the event) are non-refundable.
Customized or personalized deliverables such as albums, prints, or edited videos are not eligible for refunds once delivered.
7. No-Show Policy
If the client does not appear for the scheduled shoot and fails to inform us in advance, the booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be applicable.
8. Contact for Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation or refund requests must be communicated in writing through our official contact channels.
